It has the sound of a tube amplifier in saturation, with elements of fuzz and overdrive combined in a single pedal. The controls are very simple and intuitive: Gain, Level, Treble and Bass. The equalization is active, and is able to add up to 12dB. True-bypass Powered by 9V, but also by 18V for increased saturation and compression. Designed and assembled in the Santa Barbara, California factory, by the same team responsible for the legendary pickups. SEYMOUR DUNCAN Dirty Deed Distortion offers a wide range of sharp distortion tones with a hint of fuzz. It's dubbed for hard rock, stoner rock, and classic metal, and is also great for distorted, overdriven bass sounds. You can leave it on all the time if you need distorted, muddy gain, or turn it on for a lead boost. A pair of MOSFET transistors give the Dirty Deed plenty of thick, beefy harmonic tones and rich sustain, while the two-band active EQ offers 12 dB of high and low boost and cut to shape your sound.
