Technics SL 1500 direct drive turntable

The SL-1500MK1 is another in a long line of excellent turntables from Technics. Simple to use, very sturdy, and sounds great with almost any cartridge you throw at it. This player has a minimal amount of moving parts being completely manual but that may be a big part of its charm..less parts to break down and replace! Looks great, has aluminum plinth, good arm, sounds fantastic The SL-1500 Mk1 is one of the best bargains on the market. If you can find a decent one for under $350 don't even hesitate. Really nice ones are getting harder to find as people are realizing that this player is the just as good as the SL-1200 but is a better buy.
