MARTIN R 18 PRE-WAR 1933

Martin R 18 Archtop from 1933. It was purchased at Guitar Village Farnham, Surrey UK, in 2013 (I have the invoice). Size 00 Norwegian spruce top. Mahogany back and sides. Rosewood fingerboard and adjustable bridge. Ebony nut. Easy and comfortable to play due to the small body size and smooth neck, which has the classic early 1930s Martin V-carve.

Product status

Good

(May show slight signs of use)

What extras does it include?

Includes L.R. pickup Baggs M1 active and flightcase Calton. As can be seen in the photos, the trapezoidal pickguard has been replaced by a Martin adhesive pickguard and the Grover tuners have been replaced by Golden Age Relics that also mount some guitars.
