It is based on high quality samples based on 4 oscillators with dynamic filters applicable in real time. Includes a good library of the legendary sounds of the Roland D-70: dance, rock, alternative, pop, orchestra, band, synths, organs, electric and acoustic instruments, pads, strings, basses, drum kit and percussion, FX and fabulous acoustic pianos. Front panel faders allow for real-time volume, pan or effect changes. You can use 2 RS-PCM cards simultaneously for additional 8-part multitimbral samples. The sounds are great and can be manipulated. You can save up to 64 songs and 1024 sounds on one disk! But what makes this unit a great machine are the front panel faders that allow you to make volume, pan or effects changes in real time. Or if you prefer, you can record any of the fader movements in a sequence for automated mixing. Very clean sounds. 220 samples in ROM. Excellent source for techno or orchestral projects. Included with the unit is the NOT original power adapter/cable, the Roland DP2 footswitch, the original manuals in Spanish and the original boot disk. The play/stop of the unit is activated with the ROLAND DP2 PEDAL SWITCH (the pedal is included - see photos) because the play/stop key is unused.
